Working in the industry for over 50 years, Ken set up Ford Heating with his wife Maria, delivering high quality maintenance and installation services to Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
Over the years Ken has built our business by placing customers at the heart of our service. He oversees all ongoing contracts and quotations. He is also training his Son Den to take over his role in the business

Office Manager

Teresa joined Ford Heating in 1991 and is our Office Manager who looks after all financial aspects of the business as well as the management of our “in house” workforce, dealing with everything from quotes to payroll, sales and purchase ledger, accounts.We pride ourselves with excellent customer service this creates loyal customers who are willing to refer our business to friends, family and collegues.

Den Sessford
Director

Den has worked with his Dad since the company started and is currently overseeing the day to day running of the daily maintenance works as well as being our head Gas Engineer. He has now overtaken his father in the business running the company successfully, gaining new clients and is now enjoying his new role, working along side his long standing workforce.

Founded in 1984 By Ken and Maria Sessford, Ford Heating Limited is a family run business who provide a high quality service to our customers from our Prenton Office.

We have been contracted for over 40 years to carry out maintenance of heating systems and plumbing works for local authorities and other public buildings.

Ford Heating has continued to grow through first rate customer service, superior customer care and we are exceptionally pleased with the high quality service that we offer.
We undertake all types of work in Wirral, Liverpool, Flintshire, Cheshire, Wrexham and all surrounding areas.
We have experienced Gas Safe and OFTEC Registered engineers that can cover a full range of pipework and plumbing issues, our Gas Safe Engineers have the qualifications to carry out works on Natural and Liquid Propane Gas (LPG)
Located within easy access to the M53 we can provide a rapid service to all of our current and future customers
